OUR PRINCIPAL
In 2001, Gilles Demunter started a fashion store called Ultimo in his hometown in Belgium. The store sold luxury fashion labels like Versace, Vivienne Westwood, Dsquared2, Thierry Mugler, and John Galliano. He got to attend Fashion Weeks in Paris and Milan, where he met high-profile individuals.
In 2012, Gilles switched from fashion to real estate. He moved his business to the other side of the world and started working with Ridha R. Swahafi, a skillful luxury interior designer from Jakarta, Indonesia with her impressive portfolio, having managed for renowned brands such as Saint Louis Crystal, Puiforcat, Dimensione by Chi Wing Lo, Baker Furniture, and St Regis Residence Jakarta with Bika Living.
Together, Gilles and Ridha set up GD&ASSOCIATES – focuses on their own anatomy & exclusivity, and they have become major players in Bali's real estate industry.
